A modular screeding system
The Nimatech screeding system consists of different modular components. By simply combining components you can reach almost every desired width. The components are available 25, 50, 75 and 100 cm wide. You can also choose between 30 and 50 cm in height. This choice mainly depends on the size and torque of the towing vehicle.
The Nimatech modular screeding system also enables you to customize the screeding profile. By simply turning the adjustment bolts in every individual component, you can reach the road camber you desire.
Features
Lifting hooks
Nimatech offers lifting hooks for this screeding system. These hooks enable convenient transportation using an excavator or loader bucket.
Side components
The far sides of the screeding system move along the edging of the road or a temporary rail system. Due to their large size the wheels run very smooth.
The height of the screeding bucket can be regulated extremely accurately through an hydraulic system.
Two different heights
The components for this screeding system are available in different heights. More powerful and heavy machines can tow the 50cm version, while the 30cm design is more suitable for lighter machines.
