A Nimatech vacuum unit enables Gerben Ruiter Transport B.V. to load and unload road plates without extra assistance, simply using vacuum power.

The NT-URD-40 vacuum unit is equipped with a 40m3 vacuum pump powered by a diesel engine. It can be picked up with the mechanical grab or directly connected to the rotor. The unit consists of a frame and a vacuum connector that can be connected to the suction cup to lift up and move heavy concrete plates. It can be operated by the driver with a remote control. Lights on both the remote control and the vacuum unit clearly indicate whether the machine is ready lift up the load.
